Hi everybody! Thank you so much for reaching out to the Hesperia City Council to share your thoughts and feelings about their denial of my valid delivery licensse application. Their refusal to meet with me in the face of clear evidence to their mistake makes me believe there is something greater going on underfoot. It's interestesting to me how one particular cannabis accountant from Los Angeles along with corrrupt High Desert commericail real estate brokers were able to persuade the city to gut all zoning restrictions from the ordinance while the City Coucil members bloviate from the dias. their desire to keep the industry small and locally centered. Once all the key players were in place, an almost clever cover up with an emergency ordinince was enacted which left loop holes specifialy for that privledged group. Meanwhile, the City Council members put on a public charade about being overrun by applicants taking advantage of the city. In the interim, real medical cannabis patients are being hurt and ostresized. Please take a few minutes to email & call the Hesperia City Council to voice your angers. Hey Everybody. Imagine you were in a sports game about to score the winning goal only to learn the referees have changed the rules, moved the goal line and ended the game early without telling you. That is what happened to me in Hesperia, Calfiornia. In late, 2019 upon submitting my fees and application for my cannabis delivery permit, the City Council issued an emergency stay on delivery applications. They took my money, they approved my plans then told me my application was denied based off their own misreading of the calendar. After two months of diplomatic efforts to get a review of my application, Covid-19 struck and the world as we know it shut down, including the court system. Recently, Hesperia City Hall re-opened to the public and I have begun my diplomatic efforts again to urge the City Council to review my application. This is where I need your help. Please take a few minutes to write an email and make a phone call to Hesperia City Hall. Email addresses and City Hall phone number are below as well as 2 versions of templates you can use to start your emails. I can't thank you enough for your time and effort.
