Meet Velia

Velia Gutierrez, M.A., P.P.S., P.C.C.I., is the founder of Intentional Healing, a coaching and consulting practice devoted to helping people reconnect with their truth, release what no longer serves them, and step into their most authentic, empowered selves.

She holds a B.A. in Human Development and an M.A. in Educational Counseling, with credentials as a Clinical Counselor, School Counselor, and School Principal.

With over 20 years of experience as an educator and leader, Velia has worked extensively with diverse learning styles and life paths, shaping her ability to create safe, compassionate spaces where growth and healing are possible for all.

In addition to her academic training, Velia is a trauma-informed educator and trainer, a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, and a Soul Empowerment Coach. She is also a certified practitioner of multiple transformational modalities, including Quantum Energy, Energy Psychology, NLP, Hypnosis, Regression work, and applied Neuroscience. She continues to expand her studies, weaving the latest insights in brain science and mind-body connection with timeless spiritual practices.

Her work integrates relationship awareness, energy clearing, conscious communication, and holistic wellness.

Whether guiding a private session, leading a retreat, or hosting a group workshop, Velia blends practical tools with intuitive insight to support emotional healing, personal transformation, and soul alignment.

Some days I wear heels, button-ups, and credentials so the world can take me seriously.
And some days, if I’m honest, I’d rather be hiking barefoot in the dirt.

Both versions of me are real.

Sometimes people have to meet this Velia first, the one with the acronyms, the polish, the structure, because she opens doors. And those doors eventually lead to the barefoot one, the intuitive one, the one who just wants to create, wander, and listen.

I’m learning to let both coexist without resentment.

After today, I’m stepping into a quieter season. I just wrapped my final restock at Noley’s, and now I’m turning inward to create. I’ll be working on my digital courses and offerings, organizing what’s already been downloaded, and allowing the next chapter to take shape without rushing it.

I may be a little quieter here, but the work is very much alive.

Creating modules so they can live beyond location and timelines no matter where I am.

On a drive back, I asked the universe what’s next.
The answer wasn’t a direction, it was a hallway full of doors.

For a moment it felt overwhelming.
Then I realized, I’m not meant to choose yet.

I’m entering my fallow season.
Hands open. Feet grounded. Listening instead of forcing.

I’ll be stepping away from social media for a while.
Not disappearing, just allowing what’s next to reveal itself. ❤️
