Where do the clamps in the body come from?
Scientists associate clamps with a person's habit of keeping everything to himself, inability to express emotions.
Our reactions to stress are often repeated. Time after time, the patterns of our reactions lead to the appearance of blocks or clamps.
Muscle clamps are a protective reaction to chronic muscle tension, in response to stress or suppressed emotions.
Diaphragm, solar plexus: reaction - anger;
Stomach, abdominal and back muscles: reaction - anger and fear;
Neck, deep neck muscles and tongue: reaction - restraint of screaming, crying, anger;
Pelvis, muscles of the lower extremities: reaction - suppression of pleasure and arousal;
Eyes: muscle clamp manifests itself in the immobility of the forehead and an "empty" look;
Mouth, chewing muscles: reaction - restraint of screaming, crying, anger;
Thoracic segment: reaction - restraint of breathing, which occurs as a result of stress.
All these blocks can be eliminated by our taechka. They seem to intuitively feel every clamp in your body… Have you had time to appreciate this magic?
