"Try this the next time you feel overwhelmed."💝
The more I can have quiet reflection to contemplate:
What expectations do I have of myself and others? Can I let go?
Can I practise compassion and acceptance for myself and others?
Can I accept that in my past experiences, I did the best I could with the knowledge and understanding I had at that time? And today, with a new perspective, I have a choice to make different decisions.
With this new choice, I am free of judging myself or others.
I find inner peace, and the feelings of overwhelm slowly begin to ease in my mind, flowing into a state of nothingness.
I set myself and others free!!
