We are delighted to introduce our featured member Dr. Mai Nasser, an outstanding Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology from the Kingdom of Bahrain. Dr. Nasser is an ENT consultant with extensive training & experience in Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and North India.

Her expertise lies in pediatric airway surgeries and she is actively involved in medical education as a program director for Saudi ENT residency programs and a clinical educator at the undergraduate medical school of the Royale College of Ireland. Dr. Nasser is also engaged in clinical research, courses, and exams. She recently attained the prestigious title of Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

The WIOME 2023 community is privileged to have Dr. Safeena Kherani as a featured member, a pediatric otolaryngology-head & neck surgeon from Dubai, UAE, bringing her experience and knowledge to our event.

With over 15 years of experience in pediatric otolaryngology, Dr. Kherani has worked at prestigious institutions such as the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario, SEHA in Abu Dhabi, and currently serves at Al Jalila Children's Hospital (AJCH) in Dubai. At AJCH, she holds multiple key roles including Director of the Aerodigestive Service and Deputy Director for the Pediatric Otolaryngology Fellowship Program.

With a medical degree & residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, she further honed her expertise through a fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Michigan. Dr. Barazi's passion for teaching led her to join the Van Dyck medical educator group at her medical school.

We are honored to announce our WIOME co-chair Dr. Nada Al-dabal from Saudi Arabia, an Otorhinolaryngologist consultant with expertise in head and neck surgical oncology and endocrine surgery.

Dr. Nada holds an MBBS degree and is board-certified in otorhinolaryngology from Saudi Arabia and Europe. She has completed clinical fellowships in head and neck surgical oncology and endocrine surgery at the Inselspital Bern in Switzerland. She has been recognized for her excellence in the field, having received the award for Best Fellow of the Year 2015/2016 from Inselspital.

We can't wait to see what she achieves as Co-Chair of WIOME and in her ongoing efforts to empower women as leaders in their fields.
