Whilst striving to juggle super mum responsibilities & remain productive at work, I was overwhelmed with night sweats, insomnia & brain fog. Refusing to let this stage of my life derail me, I harnessed my fitness & nutrition knowledge to create NUTRATONIN® Diet eBooks and RESISTA® Workouts I was able to manage my menopause successfully and transform my life. My Post Menopause Journey has been a rollercoaster and continues to be so. Nevertheless, I manage the battle by following the latest scientific updates within women's health and physiology. Our bodies are constantly evolving, most of us do not have the choice of a simple path through midlife. MENOPAUSE TRAINING TIP 🔥

After strength training — especially when you finish with short, supra-high-intensity sprints (hello air bike 🚴‍♀️🔥) — your body is in a prime recovery window.

In menopause, this matters more than ever.

💡 What post-workout meals do in menopause:
• Lower cortisol (stress hormone)
• Protect and build lean muscle
• Support blood sugar balance
• Speed up recovery
• Prevent energy crashes later in the day

When estrogen is lower, your body becomes less forgiving if you skip food after training. Waiting too long = stalled results, fatigue, and stubborn fat storage.

🥗 Eating a real meal as soon as possible after training tells your body:
“I’m safe. I can recover. I can build.”

That’s how we get stronger, leaner, and more energised in menopause. 💛
