Whilst striving to juggle super mum responsibilities & remain productive at work, I was overwhelmed with night sweats, insomnia & brain fog. Refusing to let this stage of my life derail me, I harnessed my fitness & nutrition knowledge to create NUTRATONIN® Diet eBooks and RESISTA® Workouts I was able to manage my menopause successfully and transform my life. My Post Menopause Journey has been a rollercoaster and continues to be so. Nevertheless, I manage the battle by following the latest scientific updates within women's health and physiology. It’s been an emotional couple weeks — I was diagnosed with a fibroadenoma (a benign breast lump) after a biopsy. After lots of research, frustration, tears, and expert advice, I finally have a plan.

Surgery is set for November — lump removal AND a restorative procedure that’s been needed for a while — and until then, I’m training hard and focusing on strength, endurance and recovery.

Menopause can throw us these curveballs, but with love, knowledge, and the right people around us, there’s always a solution. 🌸
