A journey through sound, movement, and stillness.

This workshop weaves together three powerful modalities that harmonize body, mind, and spirit:

1. Drumming Circle – The Pulse of Connection
• Using hand drums participants tap into primal rhythms.
• Benefits: grounds the nervous system, awakens energy, builds group connection, and helps release stuck emotions through beat and rhythm.
• Insight: research shows group drumming lowers stress and increases immune resilience.

2. Ecstatic Dance with Headphones – The Inner Journey
• Silent disco–style headphones create an immersive personal soundscape.
• Participants move freely, eyes closed if they choose, letting music guide expression.
• Benefits: bypasses the analytical mind, cultivates body freedom, emotional release, and states of joy or catharsis.
• Unique Element: headphones create intimacy—everyone is on their own journey, yet energetically connected in the collective field.

3. Yoga Nidra
• Drops participants from beta (thinking) → alpha (flow) → theta (healing).
• Integrates everything released during the dance.
• Provides a powerful rest state equivalent to hours of deep sleep.

Together, they balance Shakti (movement/energy) and Shiva (stillness/consciousness) — a complete energetic cycle.

I wanted to share a positive experience I’ve had with grounding/barefooting over the past three months. I’ve noticed significant improvements in my sleep quality. A couple of months ago, my sleep metrics were consistently in the red, but after regularly spending time barefoot, I’ve seen a complete turnaround.

This aligns with studies that highlight the importance of quality sleep for cellular repair, reducing inflammation, and supporting cognitive function.

Spend time in nature, it helps.
