🔥An abs burner is always a great way to finish off your workout!
💪🏾Spending just 10 minutes a day on abs will make a huge difference to the strength and appearance of your torso!

✅Have a go at this abs burner during your next session:

Download an interval timer app on your phone. I prefer this to my usual phone timer as it gives you a 3 second warning to switch exercise and signals the end of each minute.

Complete each exercise for 1 minute...back-to-back!

❗️LOVE YOUR FITNESS REGIME❗️
Success only happens when a programme is enjoyable and sustainable.
Getting fit and healthy is not about forcing yourself to do the same workouts at the gym and living on leaves.
Enjoy your exercise and enjoy your food.
Make sure you mix up your exercises as well as the locations. Mix the gym up with some home workouts or running/walking round the park.
Enjoy good nutritious food! Eating healthy is not a chore. Start researching delicious healthy recipes and indulge in tasty food...guilt free!
Once you get into the habit of a healthy and active lifestyle... which you enjoy...There is no going back 💪🏾
