It's a simple, powerful full-body exercise ideal for anyone, particularly those with knee pain, back pain, arthritis, or MS. It can serve as a warm-up, a main exercise, or even a cool-down recovery activity.
🟢 How to perform the Quadruped Rocking Exercise:
- Start on your hands and knees, with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
- Inhale and gently rock your hips back toward your heels, keeping your back flat.
- Exhale and slowly return to your starting position.
- Repeat this fluid motion, focusing on a comfortable range of motion. Start with just a few reps and gradually build up to 5-15 minutes a day.
