Hello world🙋‍♀️here are few yoga pose from my little cutlet..she have learned these by watching me but I have learned even more valuable things and life lessons from her and will keep learning for sure…these babies teach us sometimes so much which is a lifetime lesson for us like when you fall pick yourself back up and start over again, persistence, people watching is an art, don’t knock it till you try it, want something? Go get it, getting excited about a new day and so much more.. we as a parents enjoy every minute with her and she is growing up in an amazing way I feel..we are blessed that she is ours🥰😘

Yoga starts when you want to quit the pose.
Yes, exactly…the difference between beginners and advanced is not the depth of the pose, it’s about the way they hold and transition.

Finding the comfort in uncomfortable…..overcoming your mind….exploring the possibilities.
