Cinnamon National Day!

There are two primary types: Cassia (regular) and Ceylon (true) cinnamon. Cassia contains higher levels of coumarin, a compound that, in excessive amounts, has been associated with liver damage and cancer. On the other hand, Ceylon cinnamon, the "true" variety, offers the same delightful taste with only trace amounts of coumarin, making it a safer choice.

القرفة، وهي من التوابل المشهورة بنكهتها الدافئة والمريحة، هي أكثر من مجرد إضافة رائعة لأطباقك، فهي تقدم العديد من الفوائد الصحية أيضًا.

Strength training offers incredible benefits for your body and overall well-being. Not only does it help you build muscle and improve your body composition, but it can also work wonders for your metabolic health.

Don't worry if you don't have access to weights. You can still get an effective workout using your own body weight or resistance bands.
According to the World Health Organization, you should aim to include resistance training at least twice a week.
