Hereâs something worth thinking about the next time youâre grocery shopping.
You see two apples. One costs INR200 & the other costs INR 500. Itâs natural to assume the expensive one is healthier.
But hereâs whatâs actually different, taste, variety, appearance, branding, where it was grown. The INR 500 apple may taste crisper and sweeter. Thatâs real.
But nutritionally? Both give you fibre, Vitamin C, natural sugars and antioxidants. Youâre paying for the experience of eating it, not for better nutrition.
Now this is true across most foods. Salmon is expensive. Mackerel and Sardines are not though they all have omega 3. Kale is trending and priced accordingly vs Moringa leaves growing in your backyard, both are rich in vitamins and minerals.
Price point is not a reliable way to judge a foodâs health value. Nutrient composition is.
Once you understand which foods carry which nutrients and how to balance them across your meals you stop being influenced by price, trends and marketing.
Thatâs food freedom. And thatâs exactly what our course teaches you.
