Tomorrow I fly to the UK to spend Christmas with my family ✨✨✨
The last few weeks in Ibiza have already been a gentle unwinding, a quiet integration after a full and meaningful year. This week feels like a true full stop with no teaching, no holding space, no creating. Just being.

After a year of retreats, the birthing of new ways of sharing my work, and navigating the unexpected (including flooding in our beloved Ibiza home), I’m looking forward to being with family to enjoy festive moments and simple joys 🥰

5 years ago today I faced my biggest fear.
This was the moment… standing at the door, heart racing, hesitating for a second, but knowing there was no turning back 🪂

I made the leap anyway, and I’m proud of that version of me 🥰
Once was enough, but that single moment changed something inside.
It showed me what becomes possible when you meet fear with just enough courage…and a little trust ❤️

If you’re reading this and standing at your own “edge”. Here’s a soft reminder… you don’t need to be fearless. You just need one brave, trusting step.

Feelings Friday 🫶
This week has been a gentle reset. A lot of slowing down, releasing, and really listening to what my body needed.

The Scorpio New Moon 🌙 brought a wave of emotion and truth to the surface, reminding me that healing is often quiet… found in softness, rest, and simply letting myself be.

Feelings Friday 🫶 One week back in Dubai, and the energy feels very different! Bright, busy, fast. I am slowly adjusting after the spaciousness of Ibiza.

There have been so many beautiful moments on my return to the city 🌆
Desert sunsets, friends visiting, filming for an app, returning to my classes, and reconnecting with my Dubai community.

Today I’m simply honouring the contrast, the Yang & the Yin. The fullness, the softness, the recalibration.
Letting it all be part of the rhythm 🥰
