Feelings Friday 🫶
This week has been a gentle reset. A lot of slowing down, releasing, and really listening to what my body needed.

The Scorpio New Moon 🌙 brought a wave of emotion and truth to the surface, reminding me that healing is often quiet… found in softness, rest, and simply letting myself be.

Feelings Friday 🫶 One week back in Dubai, and the energy feels very different! Bright, busy, fast. I am slowly adjusting after the spaciousness of Ibiza.

There have been so many beautiful moments on my return to the city 🌆
Desert sunsets, friends visiting, filming for an app, returning to my classes, and reconnecting with my Dubai community.

Today I’m simply honouring the contrast, the Yang & the Yin. The fullness, the softness, the recalibration.
Letting it all be part of the rhythm 🥰

A gentle reminder of the connection between Metal and Earth, spirit and matter, heaven and soil 🌿

Feelings Friday 🫶
Back in Dubai for a couple of weeks ✨ reunited with my cats, who somehow remembered every little thing. Within minutes, all three were back to their usual ways… trying to curl up on me at once. 🐾💛

A fresh haircut, a visit to my local vegan café, soft sunshine on my skin.
Life here usually moves fast, but for now my little world has slowed — and I’m letting it. ☀️🌿

I woke at 3:40am from a dream of washing my feet — a full-on mud spa before flight.
Cleansing, grounding, getting ready to move again.

Today I fly back to Dubai after nearly six months away. Just for a few weeks — but still, a crossing ✨

In the dream, Peter and I were in a beautiful hotel. They kept offering us bigger rooms, but we stayed where we were. It felt like a quiet reminder that expansion doesn’t always mean movement — sometimes it’s peace, simplicity, enoughness 🫶

This doorway feels like that moment between worlds — standing still before stepping through 🚪

✨ Here’s to travelling lightly, landing softly, and trusting the thresholds that open before us.

After a few surreal dream nights 💭 and a weekend where the veil between worlds feels a little thinner ✨ I keep dreaming of my cats 🐈
In one dream, I was searching for them… and they found me.

Maybe that’s all we really need to remember — that what’s meant for us will always find its way back.

Counting down the days until I’m home with these three loves again 🩷 my little guardians of calm, intuition, and mischief. 🐾✨

Feelings Friday 🫶

It’s a sacred thing, sharing your work in the world.
Especially when it’s come from lived experience, slow growth, and deep listening.

This week I’ve been reflecting on the spaces I hold and how much love and integrity they carry 🥰
There’s nothing rushed here. Nothing imitated.
Only what’s been lived, practiced and made real.

I’ve just shared some offerings I’m deeply proud of - all currently rooted here in Ibiza, held with care and intention.
Dubai still lives in my heart and I’ll be back in October. For now, this is the soil I’m tending.
