The patient underwent full face and neck correction:
1️⃣nose -straightened the bridge of the nose, created a lift, a narrower and sharper tip using botox and filler.
2️⃣lips- created contour, bow effect, lifting and flat, delicate volume without the duck-lip effect, using filler- total 2 ml.
3️⃣jaw- created a smooth jawline with an ideal model contour, created jaw angles for a more defined oval and additional lifting using a filler - a total volume of 3 ml, and dissolved unwanted fat deposits using lipolytic injections.
4️⃣chin- to create a harmonious facial proportion, we added volume and created a more elongated feminine shape using 2 ml of filler and Botox.
5️⃣nasolabial (lines running from the nose to the corner of the mouth, if present, they make the face look older, more swollen and tired)- to correct this, we used lipolytic injections to reduce the fat pad that puts pressure on the nasolabial fold from above and makes it deeper, Botox injections were used to relax the muscle that creates the nasolabial line, and filler injections - 1 ml to compensate for the lack of volume, which creates a deeper look.
6️⃣under eyes correction- to remove dark circles under the eyes, we worked on the skin quality (skin tightening), using a skin booster + to replenish the lack of natural volume and remove deep furrows, we used a filler - 0.5 ml under each eye
7️⃣ for a general facelift and neck- Botox and RADIESSE injections were used on the lateral part of the face and temples. The technique provides good lifting, reduces the skin, but does not provide volume and does not make the face larger.
8️⃣marionette lines (lines running down from the corner of the mouth to the jawline, making the face look sad, tired, and adding age)-We used Botox + Radiesse to achieve maximum results without creating volume.
