✨ في ناس خبرتها سنين… بس قليل جدًا اللي يعرف ينقل الخبرة دي للناس بسهولة وبساطة

✳️ نصائح بسيطة ممكن تفرق معاك وانت بتعمل الـ CV

لو عندك خبرة طويلة — 20 سنة أو أكتر — وانت بتجهز سيرتك الذاتية:
• ركّز دايمًا على آخر 10 سنين بس.
• الوظيفة اللي بتقدّم عليها دلوقتي ممكن تكون بعيدة عن بداية مشوارك المهني.
• طريقة الشغل اتغيرت، فاللي كنت بتعمله زمان ممكن مبقاش مناسب دلوقتي .

✅ استغنى عن الأجزاء اللي ملهاش علاقة مباشرة بالوظيفة الحالية.
• لو ضروري تذكر الخبرات القديمة ، اختصرها جدًا وممكن تشيل التواريخ لو مش مهمة.
• التفاصيل الكاملة سيبها للانترفيو ، هناك تقدر توضحها بالشكل اللي يخدمك أكتر.

📌 نقطة مهمة جدًا:
ما ترفقش أسماء وأرقام المراجع (References) في آخر الـCV، لأن:
• الشركات عندها إذن إنها تحتفظ ببياناتك،
• لكن ما عندهاش إذن رسمي من المراجع نفسه،
وده ممكن يخلي الشركات الكبيرة تحذف سيرتك الذاتية بسبب قوانين الخصوصية (Data Protection).

وفي النهاية:
ركّز على اللي يهم الوظيفة دي تحديدًا، مش كل اللي عملته في حياتك المهنية.

اترقيت… بس محدش قالي إزاي أقود فريق 💭

كتير مننا بيعدي بنفس اللحظة دي —
لحظة الترقية اللي المفروض تكون خطوة للأعلى…
لكن فجأة تحس إنك داخل عالم جديد تمامًا،
وممكن تقع في مشكلة تقلل ثقتك بنفسك.

الترقية دايمًا بتكون مكافأة على الأداء،
بس الأداء الفردي ≠ مهارة القيادة.

فجأة تلاقي نفسك مسؤول عن ناس،
ولازم تفكر بطريقة مختلفة تمامًا عن أي وقت قبل كده.

والنتيجة؟
• قائد بيحاول يعمل كل حاجة بنفسه
• فريق تايه ومش فاهم المطلوب منه
• إحساس دايم إن “الناس مش بتساعدني”

لكن الحقيقة إن القيادة مش إنك تعمل أكتر،
القيادة إنك تخلق بيئة تساعد الكل ينجح.

وأول خطوة مش إنك “تدير الفريق” —
الخطوة الأولى إنك “تفهم نفسك”:
إيه اللي بيحفزك؟
إيه اللي بيضايقك؟
بتتصرف إزاي تحت الضغط؟
نقطة قوتك فين؟ ونقطة ضعفك فين؟

الوعي ده هو أول حجر في بناء قائد حقيقي.
وده بالضبط اللي بنشوفه كل يوم في جلسات الكوتشينج —
اللحظة اللي القائد فيها يكتشف إن القيادة مش “control”،
لكن “clarity”.
