🌿 Healing from trauma is an inside job.
No one else can truly walk the path of your healing but you. Others can guide you, support you, love you—but the real work begins when you choose to face what’s been buried, denied, or forgotten. Trauma isn’t always loud. Sometimes it hides in the quiet—the overthinking, the people-pleasing, the fear of being alone, the constant anxiety, or the feeling of being “not enough.”
Healing is not about forgetting what happened. It’s about reclaiming your power, your voice, your truth. It’s about allowing yourself to feel what you were once forced to suppress and creating space for compassion, forgiveness, and transformation. Healing takes courage. It takes patience. It takes facing the discomfort and choosing to no longer abandon yourself.
Give yourself permission to heal. To be messy. To be human. To break cycles. To become the version of yourself who feels safe, seen, and whole.
