I’m truly honored to share that I have successfully defended my dissertation and earned the degree of *Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Clinical and Counselling Psychology*.

This achievement represents over 17 years of continuous hard work, countless sleepless nights, years of research, unwavering determination, and a lifelong passion for learning and growth. The journey has been demanding yet deeply fulfilling—one that has strengthened my commitment to evidence-based, compassionate mental health care.

I am immensely grateful for the constant *support of my family*, the *prayers and blessings of my parents*, and the *love and encouragement of my children*, who made this journey possible in every way.
