Today Double Chocolate Brownie with Frappucchino.
The weather in Dubai is very nice early morning for a walk. I did a quick 2km with baby around 7:30am.💪🏻 Moderate low intensity exercise and weight exercise helps to accelerate the weight loss while following our program.

*Scrambled egg with capsicum and mushroom enhanced with our product for better taste and more protein.
*Chocolat raspberry crunch
*Grilled chicken with green beans and broccoli
*Buffalo snack - Two portions 😋
I skipped dinner, but usually, a salad or a high protein - low fat dish works well.

Hi Everyone! As my first post I want to share with you my first month (-4days) results.
My first goal was to fit into my size 4 Ted Baker dress. I managed to zip it up all the way today. Still tight, so cannot wear it yet, but I'm confident that for my birthday (24.09) will fit💫💪🏻💃
I’m doing the 4 product program +250g lean meat and looots of veggies.
So far 3,8kg are gone. I’m excited to see my body composition at my checkup this week💫
