But it confirmed something essential.

Sophrology is finding its place.

More referrals.
More conversations.
More spaces opening for emotion regulation and mental clarity.

From large corporate workshops
to smaller, focused formats,
from students to leaders -
the same mental tools.

No advertising.
Just word of mouth, experience, and trust.

As 2025 comes to a close,
I’m grateful for this organic growth
and encouraged by the place sophrology is gradually taking
in conversations around emotion regulation,
and sustainable performance.
