Community Support Circle — A Space to Pause, Connect, and Be Held

With everything unfolding around us in the region, many of us are carrying quiet stress, uncertainty, or emotional overwhelm — even while attempting to meet daily life responsibilities.

You may notice increased anxiety, difficulty concentrating, emotional fatigue, or a lingering sense of unease. These responses are deeply human during times of collective unrest.

We’re offering a free online support group as a space for anyone who may be feeling impacted by the current events. Because during difficult times, connection matters more than ever.

This will be a supportive space where you can:
• Share openly — or simply listen
• Feel less alone in what you’re experiencing
• Make sense of emotional reactions during uncertain times
• Learn grounding and coping strategies
• Connect with others navigating similar feelings

No pressure to speak. No expectation to have the “right words.”
Just space to slow down, reflect, and be supported in community.

Date: Tuesday 3 March / 7:30 PM Dubai time

تغير الروتين اليومي وروتين النوم ممكن يؤثر بشكل كبير على من يتعاملون مع الاكتئاب أو القلق..
ومع غياب الملهيات اليومية مثل الأكل والتدخين وتحت الانشغال والضجيج اليومي المعتاد تظهر على السطح بشكل أوضح المشاعر والأفكار وأعراض الاضطرابات النفسية مثل الاكتئاب والقلق..

أوقات يحتاج الإنسان إلى مسافة تبعده عن عاداته ليرى ماهو تحت وضع ال autopilot الي شغال عليه

حاول تجعل من هذا الشهر فرصة للبطء والتأمل.. والتعامل مع مايظهر على السطح من مشاعر وأحاسيس

وإذا كانت الأعراض أثقل من أن تتعامل معها لوحدك
-وهذا أمر طبيعي- نرجو منك أن تطلب المساعدة

“Self-love means always being happy with yourself.”

No. Real self-love means being kind to yourself even when you’re disappointed, insecure, or struggling. It’s self-compassion — not constant positivity

“It will make me lazy or narcissistic”

Healthy self-love actually builds resilience and accountability. Narcissism lacks empathy. Self-love includes it.

“Self-care = self-love.”

Spa days are nice. But real self-love is setting boundaries, keeping promises to yourself, and choosing long-term wellbeing over short-term comfort.

“Self-love is selfish.”

Burnout helps no one. Taking care of yourself allows you to show up better for others.

“You must love yourself before loving others”

Growth isn’t linear. You can love others while learning to love yourself. They often grow together.

True self-love = self-respect + self-compassion + healthy boundaries.

It boosts your mood, lowers stress, soothes anxiety, helps you care for yourself better, and may even support a longer life — all thanks to the powerful hormones released when we’re in love.

This Valentine’s Day, let’s celebrate more than romance. Let’s celebrate connection, safety, warmth, and feeling seen. ❤️

Why “healing content” might actually be making you feel worse.

Because consuming healing is not the same as doing healing.

When you scroll:
• You get info without integration.
• Insight without embodiment.
• Validation without transformation.

You start recognizing your wounds…
But you don’t build the capacity to process them.

And sometimes?
Constant exposure to trauma content keeps your nervous system activated — not regulated.

Awareness is step one.
But healing requires digestion, safety, and real relational repair.

If you’ve ever felt more overwhelmed after watching “self-growth” videos… you’re not broken.

You might just be over-consuming and under-integrating.

AI chatbots are becoming emotional companions for millions.
They listen, respond kindly, and never judge.
But something deeper is happening beneath the surface…

Studies show nearly 1 in 3 teens feel more understood by AI than by people —
yet the same number later feel lonely, confused, or emotionally manipulated.

When you start sharing your emotions with AI…
you might slowly stop sharing them with real people.
That’s how disconnection begins

AI can mimic empathy — but it doesn’t feel it.

It can’t comfort, hold space, or see your pain
real healing "scientificly" happens in safe human relationships and our damaged or tired nervous systems need healthy, safe nervous systems to help it in healing process
