# Urinary incontinence in women 👩🏻🦳💧🚽
🎙️☝🏻: Urinary incontinence is the loss of the ability to control the bladder. It is a common and often embarrassing problem, and its severity ranges from leaking urine from time to time during a cough or sneeze, to feeling an urgent urge to urinate suddenly and so strong that the patient may not reach the Toilet at the right time🏃🏻♀️💧🚽.
🎙️☝🏻Types of Incontinence:
: Urine leaks during coughing, sneezing, laughing, exercising, or lifting something heavy.
_incontinence: feeling a sudden and strong need to urinate followed by involuntary urination. You may need to urinate more frequently, including at night. Urgency incontinence may be caused by a simple condition, such as an infection, or a more serious condition, such as a neurological disorder or diabetes.
incontinence: which is the feeling of frequent or continuous drops of urine due to the bladder not emptying completely.
: It occurs as a result of a physical or mental disability that prevents the patient from being able to go to the toilet in a timely manner.
For example, severe arthritis may result in an inability to unbutton pants quickly enough.
incontinence: It is the feeling of one or more types of urinary incontinence, and this type most often indicates a combination of stress urinary incontinence and urge incontinence.
🎙️😉☝🏻My advice to you:
If incontinence recurs or affects your quality of life, it is important to seek medical advice because incontinence may:
🚨⚠️ It causes you to restrict your daily activities and limit your social interactions.
🚨⚠️ It negatively affects your quality of life.
🚨⚠️The risk of falling increases in elderly people as a result of rushing to the toilet.
🚨⚠️ Indicates a more serious underlying condition.
😉🎙️☝🏻: In conclusion.. Although urinary incontinence generally occurs more often with age, urinary incontinence is not an inevitable consequence of aging.
