My thyroid journey has been a 3 year one.

A large nodule obstructing my carotid artery (the main artery connecting my heart/lungs and brain).
This obstruction causes symptoms when I lie down, am in a plank or a bridge pose. A pressure build up in my head.

A journey from endocrinology to mind-body, from ENT surgeons to root cause analysis, from interventional radiologists to kelp, spirulina and krill supplements.

I am privileged to have all these modalities to work with!

Seeing clients meet the outcomes they have worked so hard at installing into their brains is my favourite part of my job.

When they turn the fear into something that they want- clear visual and feeling- while keeping that fear there but smaller. THIS IS THE GOLD šŸ”„

And luckily for me, this little light lives here in the UAE so Iā€™m working on the day I get to meet him/her šŸ©·šŸ’™šŸ˜‰

18 months ago I had my first mammogram. šŸ©·

I was 40. I walked in and never in a million years did I think that they might be worried about something.
The terror when the doctor a ā€˜found a small suspicious areaā€™ came over me like a black veil.

Fast forward to now, luckily it was nothing to worry about, HOWEVER I have the privilege of having 6 monthly ultrasounds to keep it in check.

This is what this month is about! It is our responsibility to ourselves, to get checked. My tiny issue was so deep in my ā€˜non-existentā€™ breast tissuešŸ˜‚ that I would never know it was there without the scans.

If you are debating going for your first mammogram book it today. Itā€™s not sore and it can save your life!

Iā€™m learning more about the field of PNI- the theory part as the ā€˜knowing partā€™ I feel like Iā€™ve always had.

The human body is a deeply intricate machine and knowing how she works at a deeper level to help explain possible reasons for infertility, disease or pain is what Iā€™m here to do.

The body truly never lies! But she is maliable and in constant flux- which means change is always possible.

A little more info for those of you asking!

My gut needs a lot of work, and I truly believe itā€™s the second brain and essential in ALL aspects of my health, hence the L-Glutamine. I then take Creatine religiously because it has really helped my general energy levels and ability in the gym (ā˜ŗļø)- it does not make you look like a body builder I promise! And then the electrolytes, I swop between this brand and and prob take a sachet every second day- all depending on training.

I take a few other things too- let me know below if you are interested and Iā€™ll post about them?!

This client started working with me and the only adjective I can give to our first session was HOPELESS. She was in such a dark place. The system has spun her and literally spat her out- depleted, down and completely skeptical.

We worked together for a few months and yesterday she wrote to me, after sending me pictures of her magical little šŸ’™ light!

The women who navigate this cruel road are truly beyond strong. When it seems like they have nothing left to give, they find a little more. They donā€™t stop. And I encourage this. We DO NOT STOP until we get to your light.

When a woman wants to become a mother, I tell them that that is the first intuitive connection to their babyā€™s soul. Thatā€™s the beginning, and when a soul calls, we donā€™t ignore it.

May this story inspire you to not stop. Your light will comešŸ’™šŸ©·

This client of mine was one of those clients whom in my words, was my ā€˜ideal clientā€™. She worked through my course with meticulous focus and took so much from it. She reported back to me often with learnings and aha moments(which I ask for and love forā˜ŗļø). And often when I heard from her I had a gut feeling that, my course was MADE for people just like her.

She had a long and painful road, and even on transfer day she was let down as things didnā€™t go the way she(we) had planned.

But the light eventually comes in the darkest of moments. And yesterday she saw her light. Her rainbow light child is here.

And wow wow wow will this mom have a lot to tell this little soul one day. It truly is, the greatest love story of all!

Keep growing little one. You are so loved šŸ©·šŸ’™
