On Anxiety & Overthinking :

"When the mind rushes to the future, it forgets the Self that is ever still. Return to the present — for peace lives only now." — Inspired by Bhagavad Gita 2.14 and Vedantic teachings

- Anxiety often comes from worrying about what *might* happen — the future, the unknown, the what-ifs. But in doing so, we forget something important:
There is a part of us — a deeper, unchanging presence — that is always calm and steady. This is what Vedanta and the Gita call the "Self"— your true nature beyond your thoughts, emotions, or fears.

The mind moves. The Self doesn’t.
The mind fears. The Self simply is.

The Bhagavad Gita reminds us that pain and pleasure, success and failure, come and go like seasons — temporary and ever-changing. But our true Self, the one who *witnesses* these changes, remains untouched.

So when anxiety pulls you into the future, gently bring yourself back to the *present moment*. That’s where real peace is found — not in overthinking what’s ahead, but in being fully here, now*.

💡 Example:

When you’re overwhelmed with thoughts like:

“What if I lose my job?”

“What will happen to my family?”

“What if I fail?”

Pause.
Take a deep breath.
Remind yourself:
“I am here. I am okay right now.”

Let your awareness return to this moment.
Because this moment — not tomorrow — is where your strength and peace live.

What began as a deep, meditative science of balancing solar (ha) and lunar (tha) energies has been reintroduced into dozens of today's modern yoga styles — from power flow to yin, ashtanga, vinyasa, Kundalini , to hot yoga Arial yoga and many more.

But at the root of it all?
Still HATHA.

Still breath, still body, still presence.

No matter the label — it’s all about union. 🤍

The question is , your yoga Asana journey is taking you further beyond , - to the "union" ?

At least to the point of union between Body - Breath - Mind ?

If that's your experience, you are on the right path. KEEP GOING !

“While meditating, the centre of inhaling and exhaling breath cannot be held by any physical means as a material object can be held by the hand.

The centre between the two breaths can be held only by knowledge, (gyan), knowledge of awareness.”

- Swami Lakshman Joo

The concept of divine feminine and masculine energies is rooted in ancient philosophies and spiritual traditions.

These energies are seen as complementary and interconnected, much like the yin-yang principle.

By acknowledging and honoring the interconnectedness of divine feminine and masculine energies, individuals can deepen their understanding of themselves and the world, leading to greater balance, harmony, and fulfillment.
