Understanding Your Fertility with Dr. Yang

An upcoming fertility-focused talk will be held at HEAL Hub on Sunday, 15 February, from 9–10am.

The session will be led by Dr. Yang, who has worked with our community for years and is a TCM specialist in women’s health, known for her collaborative work within fertility support. The discussion will explore key factors that influence fertility and pregnancy, with a focus on understanding the body through a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective.

This Thursday, I’m co-hosting a Coffee & Connection morning with Orchid alongside Leanne Davies and Anne-Sophie Martial.

This is for women at any point in their fertility journey, no matter where you’re doing (or considering) your cycle. It’s informal, supportive, and open — come to chat, listen, ask questions, or just be in good company.

Please join me and Orchid on Thursday, 18 December, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM at HEAL Café in Umm Suqeim. We will gather for a gentle morning of conversation and support alongside women who truly understand the path you are walking.

This will be our final coffee morning of the year, before we begin a new series in January. It would mean so much to have you with us as we come together for connection, fellowship, and shared support.

I’m excited to invite you to a new series of women’s coffee mornings being held at Orchid Fertility Clinic. I’m truly honoured to have been asked by Orchid to co-host these with them.

These mornings are created to offer community, comfort, and companionship for those navigating IVF. They’re open to any woman who wants a gentle, calm space to connect, talk openly, and feel understood by others who know this road.

Our very first one will be held at the Orchid clinic itself and in the coming weeks we’ll also be hosting additional mornings at cafés across Dubai, so we can meet in different spaces and make it easier for women across the city to join.

I’ll be joined by Orchid’s Senior Fertility Nurse Leanne Davies, and Orchid’s new in-house Clinical Psychologist Anne-Sophie Martial. Together, we will hold space for conversation, questions, and support over coffee, a croissant, and connection.
