There are only 2 games you can play in life:

1. The outside-in game
2. The inside-out game

Most people play the outside-in game and after achieving everything they could ever want are left feeling unfulfilled and empty inside.

They may feel something is missing or "this isn't how life is supposed to feel" or "I should be happy".

I've heard many clients say things like:

"I've achieved so much, and yet there's an underlying sense of inadequacy. I wish I could be more confident in my abilities."

"I live an exciting life, and yet there's a constant fear of missing out on something more meaningful, as if time is slipping away."

"In the midst of all this career success, I sometimes feel isolated, struggling to connect deeply with others, and it affects my overall happiness."

"I crave a more profound connection with myself; it's like I've lost touch with who I am beneath the achievements and responsibilities."

If you attach to things outside of yourself for your source of happiness, security or feelings of worth, it can be taken away from you at any moment and you'll crumble.

Nothing outside of you will ever truly fulfil you on a soul level unless you're playing the inside-out game.

Because the soul's journey is within.

Your happiness, self-worth, self-trust and feelings of fulfilment are not circumstantial, based on status or on what you have achieved.

These are all emotional states and can only come from doing the inner work.

How you face and deal with the little things is how you'll face the bigger ones.

Because how you do one thing is how you do everything in life.

If you keep avoiding the little things, it's highly likely you're going to avoid the big things (until you can't anymore).

If you're scared of doing that big scary thing you know you need to do, making major changes, or facing the deeper truths, master the little things first.

Part of doing the inner work is how you face life.

Get really good with the little things. This will build your confidence and self-trust to be able to handle the big things.

It's not just healing core wounds that matters but it's who you are being every day with everything including the little things.

👉🏼 Make healing & inner work your lifestyle because let's face it, you can't compartmentalize your life.

👉🏼 Focus on being true to yourself no matter what. Whether it's looking after your own needs and setting boundaries or listening to your Soul's calling because this is how you love and honour you.

👉🏼 ⁣Keep your word & commitments to yourself and others. This is how you build self-trust and self-respect.

👉🏼⁣ Stop judging yourself based on where you are on your journey or the patterns you've been stuck in for years. Judgment keeps you stuck, instead, get curious about the patterns, and have more compassion for yourself. Pick yourself up from where you are and start from here.

👉🏼 Do the thing that scares you that you know you need to do. Because this is where the healing & soul growth magic happens.

Doing the deep work and committing to your healing and soul growth is the secret. ⁣

Sometimes, the deepest wounds are the ones we can't see.

Clients always tell me, "I had a happy childhood".

But behind the smiles and material comfort of our childhood lies the invisible battlefield of unmet emotional needs.

Growing up with material security doesn't guarantee a nourishing emotional environment. Sometimes, the most profound scars are formed when our basic needs for love, validation, and emotional support go unmet.

Children are incredibly resilient, often adapting to their circumstances by burying their emotional struggles deep within themselves. As they grow, these unhealed wounds can manifest in many ways, from relationship difficulties to self-esteem issues, anxiety, and depression.

Acknowledging the importance of emotional needs in childhood is vital for healing.

The absence of emotional nourishment during childhood can lead to a lifelong quest for validation and love, which often takes unhealthy and self-destructive forms. It's not about pointing fingers at parents and staying in blame. It's about understanding that the impact of emotional neglect is just as real as physical neglect.

By recognizing these invisible emotional scars, we can embark on a journey of healing and self-discovery.

We can only break free from negative patterns and build healthier, more fulfilling lives by addressing these hidden emotional wounds.

Stop relying on external validation to do anything...

Examples of how you act ignoring external validation:

1. Prioritize self-worth based on personal growth and self-love, not status.
2. Make decisions based on your values, not on seeking approval from others.
3. Focus on building meaningful relationships instead of trying to please everyone.
4. Embrace self-compassion and self-acceptance, even when criticized.

External validation only means what you make it mean. It also exposes where you still have a wound you may need to heal.

And I promise you, when you let go of that need for external validation, you'll find true self-confidence and inner peace.

So stop attaching meaning to it.

Practice self-validation, acknowledge your worth, and let yourself envision (and be) your best self without holding back because of external validation ✨

The world needs YOU, not someone who only takes action once she's gained external approval.

➡️ They are willing to get uncomfortable
➡️ They don't buy into their excuses
➡️ They're not looking for quick fixes
➡️ They listen to their intuition and soul calling
➡️ They take radical responsibility for their emotional wellbeing
➡️ They commit to one process, including one coach or mentor long-term
➡️ They are doing it for themselves and not to "get results" (right mindset)
➡️ They don't give up after a couple of failed attempts
➡️ They have a sincere desire to know truth and themselves
➡️ They're passionate about self-development and soul growth
➡️ They invest in themselves and lean into coaching or mentors for support

Something magical happens when you start healing, following your heart, living in truth and continuously taking action on the things you KNOW you need to do...

By resisting the urge to heal or bring about the change you truly desire, you are merely clinging to a false sense of security.

In truth, this indicates that fear has taken hold of your life.

It may be fear of failure, fear of realising your own potential, or fear of the consequences that change may bring. However, this is no way to truly live.

This fear will drain your vitality, leaving you perpetually exhausted, unsatisfied and unfulfilled even when you have everything to be happy.

The feeling of being ready to heal or embark on that transformative soul journey does not magically appear once you achieve a certain goal, obtain a promotion, or when summer arrives.

Being "ready" is a decision.

If it has been weighing on your mind for some time, then you are ready to take action.

You likely just could do with some support and guidance along your healing + soul journey 😘
