There are seasons in life when everything familiar begins to fall away. The old beliefs, the heavy fears, the versions of ourselves we wore just to survive. At first, it can feel like loss. It can feel like the wind is taking too much. But nature teaches us that nothing sacred is ever wasted.
Trees do not mourn their leaves forever. They release them so new life can come. In the same way, we are called to shed what no longer fits our spirit. The pain, the doubt, the need to be who others expected us to be. What falls away was never the core of who we are, it was only the covering.
There is power in surrender. There is wisdom in trusting the unseen work happening beneath the surface. Even in silence, even in uncertainty, something holy is being prepared within you.
So if this is your season of shedding, honor it. Let go with grace. Trust the emptiness as much as the bloom. Because every layer you release reveals more of your truth, your light, your divine strength.
I case you too, needed to read this…
You are not falling apart. You are becoming.
Embrace it 🤍
