Lately hasn’t felt easy at all.
The anxiety, the worry, the fear… it builds up quietly and then suddenly it’s everywhere.
I’ve felt it too. Doom scrolling for hours, overthinking, avoiding going out, just sitting in it more than I’d like to admit.
Then I read this today… “your mind will take the shape of what you frequently hold in thought.”
I realized I’ve been feeding my mind fear, So today I’m choosing differently. I’ll definitely delete the flight App for starters!
Not because everything is fine, but because I don’t want my thoughts to take over my life.
I’ll stay aware, but not consumed. I’ll stay grounded, but not frozen.
And I’ll choose calm where I can( I’ll restart painting again soon😍)
