Ecolog International is pleased to announce the appointment of Ralph Gibson as Vice President, Business Development – US Defense and Government, effective 6 October 2025.

In this role, Ralph will lead the growth of Ecolog’s defense and government portfolio in the United States, with a focus on strengthening partnerships, advancing strategic pursuits, and enhancing the delivery of integrated support services across federal, state, and municipal programs.

Ralph brings over 25 years of business development experience across logistics, engineering, environmental, construction, and IT services. He has an extensive background in managing complex OCONUS service and logistics programs, including base operations support, life support services, and supply chain management.

He joins Ecolog from Amentum, where he most recently served as Senior Director, Capture Management. In this capacity, he managed a multibillion-dollar pipeline spanning both DOD and non-DOD agencies, overseeing key programs such as the Naval Expeditionary Forces Resources Services Contract III, Global Contingency Services MAC III, and the Philippines Operations Support Contract IV.

Ralph’s deep understanding of federal procurement, business development, and strategic partnerships will be instrumental in advancing Ecolog’s presence within the US defense and government sector.

Ecolog is proud to continue our partnership with Associação Lazio Colors, through sponsoring their Senior Basketball Team and supporting the wider youth development program.

During the Mozambique Gas & Energy Summit, our Chief Executive Officer, Mel Brooks, and Simone Santi, Founder of Associação Lazio Colors, signed an agreement to extend this sponsorship, witnessed by key stakeholders from the country’s energy sector.

Associação Lazio Colors currently empowers around 950 young women from the outskirts of Maputo by combining basketball training with academic education. From primary school to university, many participants have benefitted from scholarship programs, with some pursuing higher education and basketball opportunities at renowned universities in Europe and the United States.

For Ecolog, this initiative reflects our commitment to community development, education, and empowering women.

We wish Lazio Basket Mozambique great success in the upcoming Liga Sasol senior women’s basketball league and reaffirm our support for the 950 young women who are part of this remarkable program.
