Botulism is a serious illness caused by bacteria called Clostridium botulinum. The bacteria produce a poison (botulinum toxin) that can attack your body’s nervous system. If left untreated, botulism can be fatal.
Desease can be coused by cosmetic botox injection as well. Overdose or wrong injection sites can lead patient to Botulism.That is why injections has to be done by professional licensed doctor with licensed product.

When To Use Hyaluronidase After Filler Treatments
Hyaluronidase treatment is applied when there is an issue with higher hyaluronic acid fillers. This issue could be medical or aesthetic, and can be addressed either soon after filler has been injected or after some time is passed. Some of the most common issues addressed with hyaluronidase are:

⚫️ Migration – this is when filler moves away from the injection area
⚫️Excessive application – When filler is injected too often or in too large a quantity
⚫️Lumpy or uneven results – The target area can sometimes develop and unevenness as a result of filler
⚫️Misplacement of filler – If filler injections have been injected into the wrong spot, hyaluronidase can be used to immediately address this
⚫️Vascular occlusion – Cosmetic practitioners who lack experience with hyaluronic acid application may accidentally inject into the artery – this is called vascular occlusion, where the blood supply is prevented from reaching the tissue. Hyaluronidase can be used to correct the occlusion, either during or after the initial procedure.

*Melasma is believed to be caused by hormonal changes and may develop during pregnancy. Areas of hyperpigmentation can appear on any area of the body, but they appear most commonly on the stomach and face.
* Sunspots. Also called liver spots or solar lentigines, sunspots are common. They’re related to excess sun exposure over time. Generally, they appear as spots on areas exposed to the sun, like the hands and face.
* Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. This is a result of injury or inflammation to the skin. A common cause of this type is acne
Topical prescription medication can treat some cases of hyperpigmentation. This medication usually contains hydroquinone, which lightens the skin.
However, prolonged use of topical hydroquinone (without any breaks in use) can cause darkening of the skin, known as ochronosis.
Using topical retinoids also assists with lightening dark spots of the skin.

There are two main types of breast implant placement: above or below the muscle. There are some differences that you should be aware of. Breastfeeding with implants is largely impacted by where the implant is placed.
There is a risk that breast implants can affect milk flow. This is because implants can compress the milk ducts.
⚫️Over-the-muscle implants (also called retroglandular or sub-glandular implants) sit behind the breast tissue and in front of the pectoral muscle. Being in this position, they can compress the milk ducts and nerves. This means they have a higher risk of causing difficulty with breastfeeding.
⚫️Under-the-muscle implants (also called retromuscular or submuscular implants) sit below the pectoral muscle and offer more support to the breast.
