Refusing to let this stage of my life derail me, I harnessed my fitness & nutrition knowledge to create NUTRATONIN® Diet eBooks and RESISTA® Workouts I was able to manage my menopause successfully and transform my life. My Post Menopause Journey has been a rollercoaster and continues to be so. Nevertheless, I manage the battle by following the latest scientific updates within women's health and physiology.
