I think about this quote whenever I feel surrounded by stress. This is a simple line which defines our life challenges.
When we are born it's not our choice to be born, neither its our choice when our life comes to an end. The problems and stress that come during our lifetime is also not our choice.
But,
We can choose to live happily, we can choose to look at the bright part of everyday, we can choose to make decisions that will make our lives easy, we can choose to get help, we can choose to keep our mental health under check!
