Do you end up on bed when it’s a moody day?!!
For me the best way to fix a dull day is “a deliberate switching to my active mode”.
A dull day can be further deteriorated when you sit idle or slouch on the bed or sofa clinging to phone or negative thoughts . Instead , You can counter the unhappy events with “happy hormones”. Which when is not produced , u can do some favor to the body by involving in activities that boost the system rather than putting it down.. So, for a productive day, push yourself into action!
