What yoga taught me ?
Alignment of the body is a reflection of the alignment of our thoughts and emotions
Our nervous system and posture holds clues to health issues and other life problems
Yoga is a sport not just meant for slowness and relaxation
Yogic philosophy and Vedas and upanishads have wisdom that can give you answers to the toughest questions of life
I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years but it was right to get trained and get the Yoga Teacher Training 200 hour certificate by yoga Allianz.
The world of holistic wellness is very powerful only if we go deep in it and just stay on the edges.
