This morning, Ven. Dr. Athurugiriye Mahinda Thero touched down in New Zealand to begin a powerful and transformative journey across the country as part of the “𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗼𝘅 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱 – 𝗡𝗭 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.”

🙏 These Mind Lab sessions are designed to help you understand the mind, overcome stress, anxiety, addiction and depression, and discover the true path to lasting inner peace and happiness.

We are delighted to announce the successful wrapup of our transformative "Detox Your Mind" series in Dubai. A massive thanks to the countless individuals and groups who joined us on this enlightening journey towards mental clarity and wellbeing.

Throughout this series, participants explored Buddhist philosophy intertwined with scientific theories, witnessing firsthand its proven results and recognising it as one of the world’s most powerful philosophies. Our sessions provided everyone with deep engagement in these teachings, seeing their transformative impact.

Guided by Ven. Rathmalane Bakkula Thero and Ven. Dr. Athurugiriye Mahinda Thero, participants took part in various activities including one on one sessions, group discussions, public sermons and podcasts. These interactions offered ample opportunities for exploring and understanding the ultimate truths of the world. We believe that many have reaped significant benefits from these experiences.

Participants also engaged in merit activities, showing appreciation towards the teachers and the Buddha, who brought this ultimate truth to the universe. 💐
