This is a case of primary closed Scarless Rhinoplasty, the tip is obviously big, bulbous, and over projected giving (with the existing low dorsum) the impression of saddle nose.
The main request of the patient was obtaining a very natural look and preserving her ethnic identity, that we can see very clearly in the photos of the result taken after 6 months.

يمكن ملاحظة الأرنبة الكبيرة د والبصلية الشكل والتي مع تبارزها الزائد (مع وجود ظهر أنف منخفض ) تعطي مظهرلأ نف سرجي .
كان الطلب الرئيسي للمريضة الحصول على مظهر طبيعي للغاية مع الحفاظ على هويتها العرقية قدر الإمكان وهو ما يمكننا رؤيته بوضوح في صور النتيجة الملتقطة بعد 6 أشهر من العملية.

هذه حالة تجميل الأنف أولي بالطريقة المغلقة أجريت من الداخل دون ندبات جراحية خارجية، يمكن ملاحظة الأرنبة الكبيرة المدورة والمتبارزة، لطرف كبيرًا وهي (مع وجود ظهر أنف منخفض) تعطي مظهراً لأنف سرجي .
كان الطلب الرئيسي للمريضة الحصول على أنف ذي مظهر طبيعي للغاية مع الحفاظ على هويتها العرقية، وهو ما يمكننا رؤيته بوضوح في صور النتيجة التي تم التقاطها بعد 6 أشهر من العملية.
