Small Shot Big Benefits 💚
I am a true believer that good skincare doesn’t need to be complicated or expensive but consistency is key.
Every morning, empty stomach, I take a small shot made from:
gooseberries (amla)
raw beetroot
mint
parsley
raw turmeric
raw ginger
fresh lemon 🍋
pinch of black pepper for Turmeric absorption
Why these?
Mainly for inflammation and skin… and I’ve kept at it because I feel the difference not just on my face, but in my body too.
What I notice it supports
Skin & collagen
The vitamin C from amla + lemon supports collagen and skin resilience. My skin feels brighter, less dull, more “alive” not just hydrated on the surface.
