Founder/ Creator of TaiChi-Health, TaiChi Golf. I started my journey in TaiChi in 1991 under Dr. Abdullah Moton. I am an author and researcher, written articles for Taichi Magazine and other publications on different aspects of Martial Arts and its importance. I have over 28 years of teaching experience in this field along with other Martial Arts. I serve as the Director and Chief Instructor of Tai Chi in the USA and UAE for Ma Ming Tong Martial Arts Federation. We have over 9 certified Instructors in USA continuosly growing our community. My students range from 25 to 99yrs young. Have extensive knowledge and experience in teaching the elderly and helping people fighting parkinsons, arthritis, anxiety, depression, mental block, blood pressure, flexibility, balance, low energy, focus, strength and so on. Worked with local golfers to have them understand and improve balance, importance of still mind and focus. I have worked with Doctors to help with their peace of mind, American Organization to help their staff to become healthier which increased productivity and efficiency. Taught and Worked with professional Martial Artists, athletes, conducted seminars, workshops and certifications throughout USA. 🙂I always do the forms double speed so students dont waste time. Those who know the postures will be able to copy very easily. If you are new, once you see it, then play the video in half speed follow along.

Daily Warmup. This is the warmup video is for all adults and seniors and especially for golfers. If you cannot perform certain exercises, you dont have to do them. Or you can ask me in the comment via youtube and I will be able to give you an alternate exercise.

I hope everyone is enjoying the latest in the video series. Right now the focus is to introduce our Tai Chi to as many as we can for health and fitness.
