Right now the collective field feels heavy.

Fear spreads quickly in times like these.
But there is another force quietly moving beneath the surface.

Awakening.

Many of us were taught, subtly or directly, that love comes with conditions.

So when we struggle, we pull back.
Not because we don’t want connection, but because we don’t want to be “too much.”

Healing in relationship isn’t about forcing openness.
It’s about learning that we can be quiet, tender, and imperfect, and still be met.

Needing space doesn’t mean you’re difficult, distant, or undeserving of care.
You’re allowed to pause without losing connection.
