🧪 One clue?
His ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate) is sky-high at 50 mm/hr.

Why?
Because Interleukin-6 (IL-6) — a key pro-inflammatory cytokine — tells the liver to release acute-phase proteins like fibrinogen, which makes red blood cells stack and settle faster. 🩸⬇️
