ہسپتالوں کی نجکاری کے کالے قانون کے خلاف جی ایچ اے لیہ گرینڈ ہیلتھ الائنس کے ساتھ شانہ بشانہ ٹھہری ہے۔

لاہور میں احتجاجی طور پر کام بند کرنے والے اپنے ساتھی ملازمین کی مکمل حمایت کا اعلان کرتے ہیں۔ احتجاج کرنا ہر شخص کا بنیادی قانونی حق ہے اس سلسلے میں لاہور کی سینٹرل گرینڈ ہیلتھ الائنس جو بھی فیصلہ کرے گی لیہ کے ڈاکٹرز کو اپنے ساتھ موجود پائے گی۔

وائے ڈی اے پنجاب کی انتھک کاوشوں اور بارہا یاد دہانیوں کے نتیجے میں بالآخر حکومت کو احساس ہوا کہ وارڈز چلانے میں مشکل کا سامنا ہے لہذا اینستھیزیا ڈپارٹمنٹ میں ڈپلومہ جات کیلئے ہیلتھ سیکرٹریٹ نے چند منتخب ڈاکٹرز کی لسٹ جاری کردی۔

اگرچہ یہ اقدام مختلف ہسپتالوں میں اینستھیزیا ڈپارٹمنٹ پر موجود دباؤ کم کرے گا تاہم ریڈیالوجی،گائنی اور پیڈز جیسے ڈپارٹمنٹ پھر بھی ڈاکٹرز کی کمی کا شکار ہیں جو کہ ہیلتھ سیکرٹریٹ کی ناقص پالیسی کی عکاسی کرتا ہے۔

وائے ڈی اے پنجاب اس اقدام کو ادھورا قرار دیتے ہوئے مطالبہ کرتی ہے کہ تمام 12 فیلڈز میں ایم فل اور ڈپلومہ جات سے متعلق ایچ ای سی کی واضح اجازت کے مطابق صرف ایک فیلڈ کے بجائے ان سب کو بحال کرے اور تمام ڈاکٹرز کو میرٹ کی بنیاد پر ان پروگرامز میں شرکت اور کلینکل سکلز حاصل کرنے کا موقع دیا جائے۔بصورت دیگر اہسے نوٹیفکیشن فقط ڈاکٹرز کمیونٹی سے مذاق تصور کیے جائیں گے

Dear All Colleagues❤️
🌹It was an honour for me to serve in the organisation as a General secretary and then as a President YDA Layyah.
🌷Support and unity by all of you made it possible for me to make this center as a symbol of power in front of all other unions,not only health department,but all unions of this city and also in main center.
🌹Alhamdulillah YDA Layyah is a renowned name everwhere now.
🌷In this tenure,we saw multiple ups and down,but i can say proudly that we handled all of them with our unity and we succeeded to maintain our dignity.
🌹Now its time to give oppertunity to our youngsters to continue the legacy.
🌹I am sure,the upcoming leadership will serve the community with more zeal and zest.

YDA DHQ hospital layyah highly codemn the illegal brutality and victimization of doctors by goons, we condemn the issue occured yesterday with our respected coleague dr asif mirani sahb. He is very gentle man no doubt on his dedications towards patient care, yda layyah stands with him and we demand higher authorities to inquire the matter and punish the culprits so that safe working environment be provided to all doctors on duty.

ڈاکٹر حسیب تھند ایک ورکر اور لیڈر کی حیثیت سے پنجاب کے طول و عرض میں مزاحمت کے استعارے کے طور پر پہچانے جاتے ہیں۔ان کی خدمات کی ایک طویل فہرست ہے جس میں اہم ترین متحدہ YDAP کیلیے اقدامات ہیں۔جہاں ڈاکٹر حسیب تھند کی زیر قیادت LGH/PINS پنجاب بھر کی ڈاکٹرز کمیونٹی کیلیے چلنے والی تحریکوں کی آماجگاہ کے طور پر اُبھرا ہے وہیں اس ذمہ داری کے باوجود ورکرز کیلیے ہمیشہ میسر ہونا ان کی شخصیت کا خاصہ ہے

⏹️ *YDA Layyah* met with MS DHQ hospital Layyah and CEO health Layyah regarding termination of Doctors of DHQ hospital Layyah.
In the meeting after discussion of all facts it was found that there was a statistical error and mis managed data by administration on which by considering confound roaster our coleagues were terminated. All of these doctors are very much efficient in performing their duties. YDA Layyah strongly condemn their undue termination.
⏹️After correction of all confoundings a letter from office of MS DHQ hospital layyah and CEO health Layyah has been forwarded to primary secondary department for revertion of termination orders.

YDA Layyah highly condemn the incident of brutal activity took place at dhq sheikhupura where on duty doctor and staff were beaten by goons. YDA layyah stands with YDA sheikhupura on all forums. We demand legal punishment of all culprits.
