This is a case of a 20-year-old male patient who presented with peritonitis, diagnosed as perforated peptic ulcer disease. A surgical intervention (pedicle Omental patch) was done with sub hepatic drainage. The patient was successfully discharge after 6 days, and was put on H-pylori eradication therapy.

Femoral hernias are inferior to the ingսinal ligament and protrude through the femoral ring, which is medial to the femoral vein and lateral to the lacunar ligament. Femoral hernias account for less than 10 percent of all groin hernias and only 2 to 4 percent of all groin herոiа repairs. This a case of a 40-year-old female patient who presented with left inguinal swelling of a 1-week duration, intraoperatively it was found to be a femoral hernia, the sac contents were reduced, and a McVay repair was done.

This is a 78-year-old female male who presented with Right-side weakness and inability to communicate for a 1-week duration. CT was done after physical examination and it showed left side chronic subdural hematoma. Burr-hole was done under local anesthesia and the patient regained motor function and speech immediately after the operation. She was discharged after 2 days.

Penetrating thoracoabdominal injuries are types of injuries that include both thoracic and abdominal cavities. It usually occurs between the 4th intercostal space and costal margins. The below pictures are of a male patient who sustained a knife injury with an eviscerated injured stomach through the chest. Eventually, a Laparotomy with diaphragmatic repair, gastric repair, and chest tube insertion were done as life-saving procedures and the patient was discharged well after 7 days.
