Homemade sugar-free chia blueberry jam packed with antioxidants, fiber, and healthy fats, making it a heart-friendly, digestion-boosting, and weight-loss-friendly option. It stabilizes blood sugar, supports detox, and keeps you full longer without any added sugars or preservatives.

Ingredients:
2 cups / 300g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
3 tablespoons / 36g chia seeds
1/4 cup / 60ml water
1 tablespoon / 15ml lemon juice
Optional: Pinch of cinnamon or a drop of vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Combine blueberries, water, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan.
2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat. Cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the blueberries burst and the mixture becomes juicy. Mash some of the berries with a fork for desired texture.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
4. Stir in the chia seeds and optional cinnamon or vanilla. Mix well.
5. Let the mixture stand for about 15-20 minutes, stirring a couple of times. The jam will thicken as the chia seeds gel. It will continue to thicken upon cooling.
6. Taste the jam. If you prefer it sweeter (depending on the natural sweetness of your blueberries), you can add a touch of stevia or monk fruit sweetener, but the goal is sugar-free.
7. Once cooled, transfer to a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid.
8. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

🔄 DAILY BELLY-SLIMMING ROUTINE (10–15 mins)

No equipment needed, and beginner-friendly.

Morning (Before breakfast) – Stimulate digestion + core activation
1. Lemon water with chia seeds (see below)
2. 5 mins of brisk walking / marching on the spot
3. 1 min plank
4. 20 standing torso twists
5. 20 glute bridges
6. 15 slow squats (squeeze core on each one)

🥤 Detox Water (Bloat Reduction + Fat Flush)

Make 1L every morning -sip through the day.

Ingredients:
• 1 liter water
• 1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked 15 mins)
• Juice of 1 lemon
• A few slices of ginger
• 5 fresh mint leaves (optional)
• Pinch of cinnamon (optional for insulin balance)

Benefits:

🌟 **From Struggle to Strength: My Transformation** 🌟

For three years, I exercised and walked every summer, hoping to lose weight and live actively. Despite my efforts, I didn’t lose a single pound. Living with hypothyroidism, fatty liver, and high cholesterol made it even harder.

Then, on **8th September**, I saw a post by **Wellness and Beyond by Pecky**—my soul sister and friend since 2005. I joined her group, and that’s when my life changed. Alhamdulillah! 🙏

With Pecky’s guidance, I went from **82kg to 65kg** in just **three and a half months** (8th September to 30th December). My energy soared, my orthopedic health improved, and I can now pray without pain. 💪

This journey taught me that the challenges women face after 40 aren’t just “old age”—they’re often due to obesity and unhealthy habits. And they *can* be fixed with small, consistent efforts.

I did this while juggling a busy teaching schedule, proving that with the right support, anything is possible. All credit goes to **Wellness and Beyond** and my amazing friend, **Pecky Hummyon**. Pecky, you’re my magician, my jadoogar. Love you forever. 💖
