Feeling guilty after the weekend?

Don’t let the fun of the weekend take you off the road of your healthy lifestyle, you can still enjoy it without feeling any guilt after that.

❗️the weekend isn’t an excuse to take a break from your goals, I’m sharing with you some tips to stick to your plan and fitness routine and still enjoy your time.

1️⃣ practice mindful eating; this means don’t eat too fast but rather slow down and enjoy the good vibes that your food gives you.

2️⃣ keep your goals in mind ; whatever you do remember that you have a set goal and timeframe and try to remind yourself what you want to accomplish and don’t let the weekend activities get in your way.

4️⃣ don’t skip meals; even if you are going out for lunch or dinner don’t try to skip any meal in order to save up for the big meal out that way you will be eating more than you would normally and of course regretting it the next day.

5️⃣ have fun and don’t be too hard on yourself easy equation if you eat more than your meal plan try to move more and get more steps done.

Supporting our immune system is very important nowadays.

Feeding your body certain foods may help keep your immune system strong. Try to include these powerful immune system boosters.

As an important note eating good food doesn’t mean that we will not get sick, but even if we do get sick we will have strong system to fight viruses and diseases.

No pain no gain!! the famous quote that I’m sure all of you have heard about it.

We are not here to suffer or feel pain, we are here to live happy and pain-free.

You can’t tell yourself that Hey Yo, listen in the next hour or so you will be suffering and tortured be ready for that!!

There will be challenges along the way, however, with a positive mindset, you can overcome anything.

When new behaviours, habits ‘spark joy’ your brain will be sending signals to your systems, therefore parts of the body that everything is alright and give the green light to transform.

Let’s take the journey of weight loss or getting fit or increase mobility or flexibility as a journey, enjoy the ride, enjoy having good food not a crazy diet with restriction and deprivation.

Celebrate your small wins & have fun.

Steps to a healthy lifestyle!

Living a healthy lifestyle can be challenging if it’s something new for you. But it is completely attainable to live a healthier life!

I’m sharing with you some habits you can start doing that will help you become the healthiest version of yourself.

Let’s start implementing these habits and start the journey together.

Try adding one new healthy habit every week as if you add all together it can be overwhelming and lead to you giving up.

Happy international yoga day!!

I can’t believe how much I have changed for last year, I have learned a lot and still learning.
Since I started practicing yoga everything around me has changed. I use to be an angry person who can’t control his own brain, I have worked hard to overcome my own weaknesses and to help others be happier and confident, confidence not only Phisically to have a sexy body “that’s part of the process” but to be confident whithin themselves, to feel the inner power that they have but most of us we don’t know that does exist.

My journey just begin and I know exactly in which direction I’m going my love and my passion to what I’m doing is getting stronger everyday, it’s all because of you when I see the smile in your faces that’s my push for the next months and years.

Stay happy, healthy and smile (life gets easier when you smile)

Food is the key of success 🗝
‎التغذية هي مفتاح النجاح

We don't need to complicate our life to be healthy or get great results, just go back to old days where everytung is simple, healthy food doesn't have to cost a lot of money or fancy recipes, eat balanced what came from Mother Earth not human made and you should be fine.

‎لا نحتاج إلى تعقيد حياتنا لنكون بصحة جيدة أو نحصل على نتائج جيدة ، فقط عد إلى ايام زمان حيث كل شيء بسيط ، لا يجب أن يكلف الطعام الصحي الكثير من المال أو الوصفات الفاخرة ، تناول الطعام المتوازن كل ما انتجته الأرض وليس من صنع الإنسان وسوف تكون بالف خير.

We are going through difficult time and we are all here to support each other’s.

Looking after your mental health is priority , so please reach out for help from friends, family or professional if you feel you are not ok, express your feelings loud don’t keep it inside sometimes we just need to talk.

Staying active and eating good food will help with overcoming any daily life struggle that leads to mental health issue.

Together we are stronger, and always remember you are not alone there will be always someone ready to listen to you and help.
