Feeling guilty after the weekend?
Don’t let the fun of the weekend take you off the road of your healthy lifestyle, you can still enjoy it without feeling any guilt after that.
❗️the weekend isn’t an excuse to take a break from your goals, I’m sharing with you some tips to stick to your plan and fitness routine and still enjoy your time.
1️⃣ practice mindful eating; this means don’t eat too fast but rather slow down and enjoy the good vibes that your food gives you.
2️⃣ keep your goals in mind ; whatever you do remember that you have a set goal and timeframe and try to remind yourself what you want to accomplish and don’t let the weekend activities get in your way.
4️⃣ don’t skip meals; even if you are going out for lunch or dinner don’t try to skip any meal in order to save up for the big meal out that way you will be eating more than you would normally and of course regretting it the next day.
5️⃣ have fun and don’t be too hard on yourself easy equation if you eat more than your meal plan try to move more and get more steps done.
