Sound Journeys and Voice Activations sessions, workshops and trainings for Self Realization resulting in alignment, healing, bliss, love and joy.

The use of sound for healing purposes can be traced back to Pythagoras and ancient Egypt. We offer a unique experience that combines crystal quartz instruments, voice, Tibetan bowls, and Arabic percussion to facilitate a deeper state where the body activates its self healing properties. From that relaxing state you will be also able to activate your unconditional love, abundance, mental clarity and spiritual awakening. We also provide an introduction before the experience where you will receive deeper understanding of the healing properties of sound and will be guided through this wonderful journey. Facilitator:

1) Do I need to be a singer? No! This is about using your voice for healing, not performance.
2) What happens if I feel uncomfortable using my voice? The session is held in a safe, supportive space. You are encouraged to explore at your own pace.
3) How does vocal toning work? Different tones resonate with specific energy centers, helping to release tension and restore balance.
