A Gentle Afternoon at Nilaya House

Saturday, November 15th
3:00 - 5:00 PM

Limited to 8-10 participants
AED 195 (pre-booking)
AED 250 (on the day if space is available)

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tired, or simply in need of a pause, this two-hour session is a space to slow down, rest, and release tension.

We’ll move through a series of supported restorative yoga postures, using bolsters and cushions to fully support the body. In this practice, there is no effort, no striving -just the gentle art of allowing the body to be held.
As the body softens, the nervous system quiets, creating room for calm and renewal.
Gentle breathing practices will guide you deeper into ease, helping to soothe the mind and bring balance to your inner landscape.

We’ll end our time together with herbal tea and a small treat, sharing a moment of warmth and stillness before you return to your day.
This session is open to anyone feeling stressed, fatigued, or in need of rest.
