48 years old patient with history of billary obstruction at level of ampula, which cause billary and PD obstruction. Patient was hemodynamically unstable, she was in shock due to sever cholangitis and sever pancreatitis.

35 years old patient with history of billary obstruction. CBD was full of stone and one 14 mm stone was impacted near the ampula which case CBD and PD obstruction. Lipase was over 3000, and TB was over 18. done stone removed successfully.
