August 1-7 world beast feeding week
ګرانو والدینو او محترمو کورنیو:
راځئ په ګډه د شیدو ورکوونکو میندو ملاتړ وکړو!
د سالمه خوړو په برابرولو، د کور د کارونو کمولو او عاطفي ملاتړ سره باید میندو ته د دې وخت ورکړو چې په خورا لوړ ارامښت سره خپلو ماشومانو ته شیدې ورکړي، دا ځکه چې د راتلونکي نسل غوره پرمختګ د میندو په ملاتړ پیل مومي.

والدین محترم و خانواده‌های گرامی:
بیایید با هم از مادران شیرده حمایت کنیم!
با فراهم کردن غذای سالم، کاهش کارهای خانه و حمایت عاطفی، به آنان فرصت دهیم تا با آرامش کامل به نوزاد شان شیر بدهند
چون رشد سالم نسل آینده ما، با حمایت امروز ما از مادران آغاز می‌شود.

د مور شيدې د ماشوم لپاره د واکسین ارزښت لري، په نړۍ کې ګڼ شمېر روغتیایي څېړنې ښيي، هغه میندې چې خپلو ماشومانو ته شيدې ورکوي نو دا کړنه په ماشومانو کې پیاوړی معافیتي ځواک رامنځته کوي، دېته ورته ماشوم د تنفسي ناروغیو، نس ناستې، شري او ګڼو نورو وژونکو ناروغیو څخه خوندي ساتي، ډاکټران د مور شیدې د ماشوم لپاره واکسین بولي او په دې تینګار کوي چې ماشوم ته باید په لومړي ساعت کې هرو مرو د مور
شیدې ورکړل شي.

والدین محترم و خانواده‌های گرامی:
شیر مادر برای طفل مانند یک واکسین ارزشمند است، مطالعات متعدد در زمینه صحت در سراسر جهان نشان میدهد، مادرانی که به اطفال خود شیر میدهند، این کار باعث تقویت سیستم معافیتی آنها میگردد، این امر اطفال را از امراض تنفسی، اسهالات، سرخکان و بسیاری از امراض کشنده دیگر محافظت میکند؛ داکتران شیر مادر را مانند یک واکسین به کودک می پندارند و تأکید دارند که در همان ساعت اول پس از تولد، طفل را با شیر مادر تغذیه کنید.

Gynecomastia in Neonates (also called neonatal breast enlargement) is a common and usually harmless condition.

✅ Definition:

Gynecomastia:

Gynecomastia in neonates refers to the enlargement of breast tissue in newborn babies, including both males and females.

📌 Causes:

Maternal Estrogen Transfer: Hormones (especially estrogen) from the mother pass through the placenta to the baby during pregnancy.

After birth, the sudden withdrawal of maternal hormones triggers temporary hormonal changes in the newborn, causing breast tissue to enlarge.

🔍 Clinical Features:

Appears within the first few days to weeks after birth.

Soft, mobile swelling under the ni**le (can be one or both sides).

Sometimes a milky discharge (called witch's milk) may be present.

No redness, pain, or fever (if these occur, suspect infection or mastitis).

🕒 Duration:

Usually resolves spontaneously within 2 weeks to 6 months.

No treatment is needed in most cases.

کله چې ماشوم له زیږون څخه تر دوو کلونو پورې د مور په شید و تغذيه شي نه یواځې دا چې د الله (ج) د حکم پيروي کوو ، بلکې خپل ماشوم له بیلابیلو ناروغیو لکه چاغي د غوږ انتانات نس ناستی، سینه بغل او د خوارځواکی څخه هم ساتو.

BRONCHIOLITIS:
Bronchiolitis is a common lung infection in young children and infants. It causes swelling and irritation and a buildup of mucus in the small airways of the lung. These small airways are called bronchioles. Bronchiolitis is almost always caused by a virus.
Treatment:
Supportive care at home — There is no treatment that can get rid of bronchiolitis, so treatment is aimed at relieving symptoms until the infection resolves. Treatment at home usually includes making sure the child drinks enough and using saline nose drops (or bulb suctioning for infants) to keep the nose clear.
Causes :
Bronchiolitis is caused by one of several respiratory viruses such as influenza, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), parainfluenza and human metapneumovirus. Other viruses can also cause bronchiolitis. Infants with RSV infection are more likely to get bronchiolitis with wheezing and difficulty breathing
