Note that a wire extending forward from the implant stabilizes the premolar and through it the anterior teeth, as that they are not pulled posteriorly in in reaction to anterior movement of the second and third molars.

SMILE esthetics from the patient's perspective.
The ratio of the smile arc and buccal corridor ( the relationship b/w upper teeth and lower lip) as ideal, is 13%. Which means the upper teeth tracks the lower lip. The maximum ration is about 0.6mm higher at canines 17%. Gingival display should be count as 2.3mm tooth coverage. Occlusal can't should be 0mm. Upper to lower dental midlines ration should be 0mm.
