ALHAMDULILLAH MY 2nd 6 months AUDIT CEREMONY from 11 February 2025 to 11 August 2025,
With No morbidity nd mortality ALHAMDULILLAH,
Majority of cases I had operated on, were very critical and high risk cases,
CABGs, VALVULAR and VASCULAR cases,
old Age,
very LOW Ejection Fraction,
Three cases with EF of 20%,
One case of EF of 15%,
And rest were within 25 to 40%,
Only 2 cases with EF of 55 to 60%😘,
very diffuse coronary artery disease,
About 80% with extensive coronary endarterectomies,
Dilated heart chambers,
most of them were rejected by the other hospitals,
Because patients are coming here in the very end stage of disease,
At a very reasonable price, with great discount with all of them,
As looking for the poor economic status of the Afghan peoples,
No trust, No fund, only hospital discount,
