M.R.I. OF THE LEFT SHOULDER

Oblique coronal T1 & FSE T2 weighted scans of the left shoulder were obtained. These were correlated with STIR sagittal, axial T1 and T2 weighted images.

IMPRESSION:

- Well defined expansile focal lesion (21 x 25 x 50 mm) in the upper metadiaphysis of the left humerus. No cortical break / extraosseous soft tissue component is seen. Findings are suggestive of simple cyst.

Clinical correlation is necessary

To day one Patient Brain 🧠 MRI with Contrast,report impression and images.
IMPRESSION:
- Large (80 x 64 mm) heterogeneously enhancing mass lesion in the grey and white matter of the right anterior frontal lobe with adjacent perilesional edema causing mass effect on the right lateral ventricle with midline shift of 10mm towards left side. Right lateral ventricle is compressed and left lateral ventricle is mildly prominent. Findings are suggestive of recurrent / residual lesion.
Clinical correlation is necessary.
Great quality imaging can do great treatment of the patient.
